Shipping

Every piece in the shop is already built and ready to go when you order — there's no production wait. We pack and ship within 1–3 business days, and shipping is free on every order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

Since every piece is one-of-a-kind, we can't offer a straight exchange — but we want you to genuinely love what you bring home. If you're not happy with your piece for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is covered by the buyer.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Not as Described

Contact us within 7 days with a few photos. We'll cover return shipping, and you choose: a full refund, or we'll work with you to restore the piece so it matches what you saw in the listing.
